Dennis Gatton
Mr. Gatton is a graduate of the University
of Colorado. He began doing residential appraisals in 1990 with Forsythe
Appraisals, and was with the company from 1990-1992. Dennis then began
appraisal work with Paul Smith and Associates in 1992. He then joined
Associate Appraisers as a staff appraiser in 1998, and has been a staff
appraiser at Associate Appraisers from 1998 until present.
Mr. Gatton is a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser in the
State of Minnesota and Wisconsin. He continues to gain knowledge of the
industry by continuing his education at the University of Minnesota and
Minnesota School of Real Estate. He has also met all of the requirements
and is licensed to perform FHA appraisals.
